Originally used to as a way to camouflage and help soldiers blend into their backgrounds, the modern day usage of the military print does the exact opposite. He paired this played down print with a basic top and black cropped pants. Smart, because the outfit would not look well-balanced if he had put the jacket together with a top or bottom that donned a pattern. However, you could also do the opposite and pair a plain jacket with shirts or pants that had military impressions. This Fashionisto also managed to make himself look even taller by wearing sneakers that are the same colour as his pants, visually elongating his legs.
While a military print jacket may be relatively easy to find, other clothes that fashion the military print tend to be more difficult. But do not give up! Getting one or two items with the print will be more than enough. If you are anything like me, you will love finding items in atypical places. I would definitely check out my local outdoor/adventure stores like Aussie Disposals or Ray's Outdoors for quality, affordable finds. Also, do not forget to check that you are buying unofficial army attires, because depending on which country you are in, it might be unlawful to do so.
