I love this time of year, the transition from Winter to Spring. You get slightly warmer days (perfect temperatures of 10-15 degrees - anything higher than that is just too hot for me), green grass, clear blue skies... and still get nice chilly nights. We took a break from our assignments and leaped at the chance to have a mini picnic by the Yarra yesterday. Although not a gourmet meal, lying under the big willow trees, feeling the first signs of spring brush past our faces was the best thing I did this week.
