Dessert for last week's Cooking Night. So Delish.
Its SWOT VAC week now, meaning the busiest week of the semester. Essay submissions and presentations all due after this week! Just submitted a 3000 word report for my PR project. My group members and I did a great job, if I say so myself! I'm just dreading next Monday, all the rest of my assignments are due. Then again, that means I get an early start to my winter break. Can't wait to ski down slopes, crash in Snowmans and create ice angels! Might plan a trip up to Sydney and Gold Coast as well. Anyway, bear with me while I flounder my way through this week.
